MPP Milk Collection
IMMPCL is sourcing the best quality of milk from 201 revenue villages in 11 Blocks spread across the Yavatmal District of Maharashtra through its 201 milk pooling points (MPPs).The quality is checked as per the set standard operating procedures (SOP) using analyzers and Data processing units at the MPPs. The pourer is also provided with a printed receipt denoting the quality and quantity of milk at the time of milk collection at MPPs as well as through SMS facility. The milk is collected in food grade stainless steel cans at the MPPs and are sent to BMCUs in route milk inward vehicles.
Bulk Milk Cooler Unit (BMCU’s)
The milk has to be chilled after reception of raw milk from village level MPP, to retain its quality and pleasant aroma with it’s natural characteristics properties hence the pooled milk is sent to a Bulk Milk Cooler Unit (BMCUs) after pooling. The capacity of BMCU is 10KL Milk Storage having each 5KL BMC. Milk received from village level MPP in route vehicle retested at BMCU again to ensure the quality parameters tested at MPP in village level for the producers.The Milk is placed in a Bulk Milk Cooler Unit and chilled to 3-4 °C within 2 to 3 hours. These BMCU’s are operated by professionals and the quality of the milk is reassured at the BMC level. From the BMCs, the milk is dispatch to the plant location in through milk Tanker.

We shall procure and deliver safe raw chilled milk to our stockholder as per there quality parameter and requirements at all times while continuing to optimize returns to the producer-members by strictly dhering quality measures.
